1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all memberships, uploads, submissions, services, digital products, and domain purchases offered by JayHooray Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) through jayhooray.com and all connected platform experiences. By accessing, uploading, submitting, or purchasing anything from JayHooray Studios, you agree to these Terms in full.

JayHooray Studios is a sovereign creative platform and studio ecosystem. We are not obligated to accept, promote, or feature any upload or submission.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to:

  • create a creator account
  • upload content
  • submit content
  • purchase memberships
  • purchase domains
  • use any paid service

By using this platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Creator Uploads & Public Submissions

JayHooray Studios operates two distinct content paths:

3.1 Creator Uploads (Direct Publishing)

Creators upload directly into the platform. Creator uploads:

  • publish instantly
  • enter the creator’s lane
  • appear in the library
  • may generate Momentum
  • may be removed if they violate platform standards

Creators do not enter the submission workflow and do not receive submission statuses.

3.2 Public Submissions (Review Required)

Anyone may submit content through the Public Submission form. Public submissions may receive one of the following statuses:

  • Pending — received and awaiting review
  • Approved — accepted and added to the library
  • Didn’t Make Rotation — not selected at this time
  • Broken Link — link is unreachable

Public submitters receive email notifications for all outcomes.

Public submissions do not enter creator lanes and do not generate Momentum.

4. Broken Link Policy (Creators + Public)

All submitted or uploaded links are automatically checked. If a link becomes unreachable:

  • the content is removed from public view
  • the item enters Broken Link status
  • the uploader or submitter may fix the URL or re‑upload at any time

Once fixed, the content returns to its proper place in the library.

5. No Guarantee of Publication

Uploading or submitting content does not guarantee:

  • approval
  • publication
  • visibility
  • momentum
  • placement in any lane or category
  • platform features

JayHooray Studios may approve, decline, reposition, or remove content at any time.

6. Submitter Responsibilities

Creators and public submitters are responsible for:

  • ensuring content is original or properly licensed
  • providing accurate information
  • following platform guidelines
  • respecting community standards

Violations may result in:

  • account suspension (creators)
  • submission removal (public submitters)

7. Sharing of Public Content

Published public content may be shared freely using the platform’s built‑in share tools.

Paid, exclusive, or creator‑only content cannot be shared outside the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, visuals, systems, studio‑generated materials, and official platform assets belong to JayHooray Studios.

Creators and public submitters retain ownership of their uploads or submissions but grant JayHooray Studios a non‑exclusive license to:

  • display
  • review
  • curate
  • publish
  • feature
  • promote

and place their content within the platform, including:

  • thumbnails created by the studio
  • promotional graphics
  • lane banners
  • category art
  • cinematic displays
  • curated collections
  • other official platform materials

License Revocation

This license may be revoked by:

  • deleting the upload (Creators)
  • requesting removal (Public Submitters)

except where the content has already been used in official platform materials such as:

  • studio‑generated thumbnails
  • promotional graphics
  • lane banners
  • category art
  • cinematic displays
  • curated collections
  • featured placements
  • platform announcements

JayHooray Studios does not claim ownership over creator uploads or public submissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

JayHooray Studios is not responsible for:

  • loss of profits
  • business interruptions
  • data loss
  • user errors
  • third‑party outages
  • decisions made based on content

All content is provided “as‑is” without guarantees.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
