Refund Policy

JayHooray Studios maintains a strict no‑refund policy for all subscriptions, digital access, creator platform features, Instant Upload Mode access, and domain sales offered through jayhooray.com and all connected platforms.

1. Subscriptions & Platform Access

All subscriptions provide immediate digital access to the JayHooray Studios platform upon purchase.

Because access is delivered instantly:

  • all subscription payments are final and non‑refundable
  • cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
  • access continues until the end of the current billing cycle

Sharing login credentials or distributing paid content may result in account termination without refund.

2. Creator Platform Features

Any digital features, tools, or creator‑related platform access (including submission tools, dashboards, Instant Upload Mode, and studio features) are non‑refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind
  • lack of usage
  • dissatisfaction with creative direction
  • failure to cancel before renewal
  • content not being approved or published
  • content receiving a specific review status (Needs Revision, Didn’t Make Rotation, etc.)

Public submissions are free and are not part of any paid or refundable service.

3. Domain Sales

All domain purchases are final.

Domains are digital property and cannot be returned or refunded once:

  • reserved
  • transferred
  • or assigned to your account

3.1 Installment Plans

Ownership is granted only after all payments are completed. If payments stop, the domain returns to JayHooray Studios with no refund for prior installments.

3.2 Domain Leasing / Email Identity Rentals

Payments for domain leasing or branded email identity rentals are non‑refundable. Access ends immediately if payments stop or the lease expires.

4. No Refunds For

JayHooray Studios does not issue refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • lack of usage
  • forgetting to cancel
  • dissatisfaction with creative direction
  • subscription access already delivered
  • domain purchases
  • domain leasing or email identity rentals
  • creator platform features already unlocked
  • Instant Upload Mode access

4.1 Instant Upload One‑Time Pass

Payments for Instant Upload One‑Time Passes are final and non‑refundable.
Each pass provides a single instant upload into the library.
Once a pass is used, it is marked as completed.
Additional passes may be used whenever another instant upload is needed.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the following rare cases:

  • accidental duplicate charges
  • verified technical billing errors

These are the only exceptions.
