Hooray Platform Submission Flow
The Hooray Platform uses a clear, structured submission system designed exclusively for public submitters. Creators do not participate in this workflow. Creator content is uploaded directly into their lane and into the library without any review process.
Below is the complete submission flow for public submitters.
1. Submission
Public submitters submit their content through the Hooray submission form. The file or link is received, stored, and officially enters the system.
Status: Pending A confirmation email is sent.
2. Review Queue
The submission is placed into the review queue. This ensures every submission is organized and processed in order.
Status: Pending
3. Active Review
A reviewer evaluates the submission for clarity, quality, presentation, platform fit, and technical issues.
Status: Under Review
4. Outcome
Public submitters receive one of two possible outcomes:
Approved
The content is accepted and placed directly into the library. A notification email is sent.
Didn’t Make Rotation
The content is not selected for the library at this time. A notification email is sent. Public submitters may submit again at any time.
Public submissions do not enter lanes and do not receive any additional features beyond library placement.
Creators (Direct Upload Only)
Creators do not submit content. Creators do not enter the submission system. Creators do not receive Pending, Under Review, or Didn’t Make Rotation statuses.
Creator content is uploaded directly into the platform and is automatically placed in:
- the creator’s lane
- the library
Upload → Published. No queue, no review, no waiting.
Instant Upload One‑Time Pass (Non‑Creators)
Non‑creators may purchase an Instant Upload One‑Time Pass. This pass allows them to bypass the submission system entirely.
With a pass:
- the upload publishes instantly
- no creator account is required
- the pass is marked as used after publishing
- another pass may be purchased at any time
Momentum (Creators Only)
After publication, creator content generates private Momentum metrics, including:
- views
- watch time
- completion rate
- replays
- saves
- engagement patterns
Momentum is private, non‑public, non‑competitive, and non‑algorithmic. Public submissions do not receive Momentum.
Creator Dashboard
Creators have access to a dashboard that displays:
- published content
- Momentum
- saved content
- badges
- messaging
- lane access
- Signature Identity elements
Public submitters do not have dashboards.
Content Removal
Content may be removed if it violates guidelines, contains harmful or illegal material, breaks copyright rules, no longer fits platform standards, or the link becomes unreachable.
Broken links automatically enter Broken Link status. Creators and public submitters may fix the URL or re‑upload at any time.
